# Introduction đź‘‹ Hi coach! Welcome to the Fieldmeister Docs. This is where you will learn all the ins and outs of Fieldmeister to help you elevate your coaching experience. You've made it! You have entered the universe of Fieldmeister. A place where coaches from various sports can extend their communication beyond the words they use on the sports field. The platform helps sports coaches at various levels to vizualize, optimize and strategize their team tactics and training drills. At the core of our platform you will find a 2D visualisation engine. You will quickly become familiar with the Editor and replace your whiteboard, drawing pad or notebook. Attached to the core of the platform you will find multiple modules that help you prepare your training sessions and ideate for new exercises. Create new exercises, accompanied by a great 2D visualisation, and use them in our Session planner to design your training session. Once you're all set to go you can join your own club to share your training session with other staff members and/or players. This allows them to take a look at your efforts, help you during the session, and give feedback straight away. Fieldmeister works on any modern device and allows you to create a team tactic on one device and present it on another. Bring your preparations and team tactics to the field on a mobile device, even when you designed them on a desktop pc. \

What is Fieldmeister? Fieldmeister is a web application focussed on elevating the coaching experience for teamsport coaches and trainers on all levels across multiple sports. The application is focussed around a 2D canvas with pre-installed sports related elements. Connected to innovative elements such as team templates, smart sharing mechanisms and animations Fieldmeister is a true differentiator for coaches across the globe.
How do I get started with Fieldmeister? Just like in sports the quickest way to start is to register. At Fieldmeister this is incredibly easy. Simply go to [app.fieldmeister.com](https://app.fieldmeister.com/) and log in. Start with creating a new Field and you'll be up to speed in no time.

For example when explaining something to a player on the sideline of the pitch. * When preparing your sessions you can easily create a map of your training area to explain to other staff members how you want to organize your training field. * As a Heaf of/Teammanager you can easily create a map of the field and specify what team plays at what part of the field. Acceptance of Terms Fieldmeister is a brand name used for the Service. The Service is operated by Kristof Soomers, an individual based in the Netherlands. Description of Service These Terms apply to all services provided by Fieldmeister, including our coaching platform, mobile and web applications, APIs, live-scores features, and any other services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). ### 3. User Accounts You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Coach and club administrator accounts may be used to create profiles for players, including minors, for team management purposes. By creating such profiles, you confirm you have the appropriate authority or parental/guardian consent to do so, consistent with Section 5 below. Certain limited features of the Service may be available without creating or logging into a user account. For example, a person with a valid match code may be able to follow a specific match live. Such access is limited to the functionality made available for that match and does not create a user account, grant access to team management features, or permit access to player, coach, or club information beyond what is intentionally made available through that match code. ### 4. Children's Data and Use by Minors #### 4.1 No direct accounts for young children The Service is intended to be used by coaches, club administrators, and parents/guardians who manage information about athletes, including those under the age of 16. We do not knowingly allow children under 16 years old to register their own account or interact directly with the Service without the involvement of a coach, club, or parent/guardian. #### 4.2 Player profile data When a coach or club administrator creates a player profile, the following applies: * Only data reasonably necessary for team management and coaching purposes should be entered (e.g., name, position, attendance, performance notes). * The coach or club is responsible for ensuring it has a lawful basis (such as parental/guardian consent or a legitimate interest recognized under applicable club/federation rules) to enter a minor's data. * Fieldmeister acts as a data processor with respect to player data entered by coaches and clubs, and as a data controller with respect to account data for registered users. This split of responsibility is described in full in our [Privacy Policy](https://docs.fieldmeister.com/legal/privacy-policy). #### 4.3 Photos, video, and the tactics canvas Where the Service allows uploading of images, video, or annotated diagrams that may include identifiable minors, such content must only be uploaded with appropriate consent from a parent or guardian, in line with the club's own policies. Fieldmeister will not use such content for marketing or any purpose beyond operating the Service without separate, explicit consent (see Section 6.2). #### 4.4 Parental rights Parents or guardians who believe their child's data has been entered into the Service may contact us at the address in Section 12 to request access, correction, or deletion of that data, which we will route to the relevant coach or club administrator where applicable. ### 5. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Service to: * Violate any applicable laws or regulations; * Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others; * Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, or otherwise objectionable; * Upload images or information about a minor without appropriate parental or guardian consent; * Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or its security features; * Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization; * Use the Service to build a competing product through scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized API use. ### 6. Intellectual Property The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), including the Fieldmeister name, logo, software, formation library defaults, and underlying technology, are and will remain the exclusive property of Kristof Soomers or his licensors. Fieldmeister is used as the brand name for the Service. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Fieldmeister name, logo, or other brand elements without prior written consent. ### 7. Termination We may terminate or suspend your account and ban access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. ### 8.
