You've made it! You have entered the universe of Fieldmeister. A place where coaches from various sports can extend their communication beyond the words they use on the sports field.

The Fieldmeister app helps sports coaches at various levels to vizualize, optimize and strategize their team tactics and training drills. Our 2D visualization enables you to vizualize your ideas and share them with your team. Fieldmeister works on any modern device and allows you to create a team tactic on one device and present it on another.

Our core principles

Picking the right communication style as a sports coach can be tricky. Even when you are operating like Sergeant Hartman does in the movie Full Metal Jacket; you might need some help explaining yourself.

At Fieldmeister we believe good explanations cover three areas:

• Say; tell your athletes what you want to achieve. Explain what you expect from them and what they can expect from you.

• Show; visualize your words for your athletes. A picture can tell a thousand words and your athletes will suddenly understand you a lot better.

• Sow; now let's get this going! Take action.
